π£ Iβve been needing to make this post for awhile but did not know how to word it and mostly I was hoping I wouldnβt have too. Unfortunately due to some medical issues I am unable to sew πͺ‘. Some years back I started struggling with tendonitis due to the repetition & posture of sewing. In February 2023 things got much worse but I kept on, not just because it was my form of income but also because I absolutely loved making people feel beautiful and confident in their own skin!!
I am currently receiving treatment for Cervical radiculopathy (aka a pinched nerve in my cervical spine effecting both arms) A recent EMG/NCI shows I have chronic nerve damage & involvement.
I canβt express how βThankfulβ I am to everyone for all the support over the years. I am praying ππΌ the Drβs will have the answers to give me some relief and I will regain the muscle strength back in my arms/neck and the nerve damage will recover β€οΈβπ©Ή As of right now my body needs time to recover and as much as it hurts my heart I do not believe I will ever return to sewingπ₯² Please keep me in your Thoughts & Prayers for a full recovery β€οΈβπ©Ή but also for my heart as I end a journey I loved so much. ππ§΅πͺ‘
