Mountain Mama Craze My goal is to create designs that support happiness, one smile at a time. I'm Katie and I positively *hate* toxic positivity. So let's chase Happy Days together.

The world forces us to "just think positive" and it's a mindset that doesn't allow us to feel the emotions we are meant to feel as humans. But what I *love* is the idea of chasing happiness. Doing more of what makes you happy, and soaking up the often fleeting moments of that happiness. It can be a favorite song, a walk with your dog, a really good meal, a tv show, or a favorite blanket. s to create designs that enhances happiness, one smile at a time. For me, I'm a chronic disease fighter who knows some days just suck. But then I snuggle with my cats, see my daughters smile, or soak up the mountain views around me and I feel that lovely happiness moment float by. Welcome to the Happy Day CrAze.

I’ve had to pause my career to heal from a major eye injury and manage my progressing lung disease. To keep my spirits up, I started creating crafts again—nature and creativity are my best therapy!

I was planning to sell locally, but I just got news that the Mayo Clinic has moved my case to the top, and I’m flying out tomorrow! While I’m away, my partner and daughter will be selling my jewelry in Crozet.
