The world forces us to "just think positive" and it's a mindset that doesn't allow us to feel the emotions we are meant to feel as humans. But what I *love* is the idea of chasing happiness. Doing more of what makes you happy, and soaking up the often fleeting moments of that happiness. It can be a favorite song, a walk with your dog, a really good meal, a tv show, or a favorite blanket.
