Bear shelves!
Finally got these poplar bear shelves finished painted and hung in the nursery.
Learned quite a few new things with this one including what keyhole hardware is.
Hopefully Ryland and Tiffany keep enjoying them through the years!

I think I have the next toy coming up soon. Here is a peak at the rainbow stacking.
100% hard maple and food safe finish.
Just need to finish making a few more so I can post them to the shop.

Is this something you think your kids would like to play with? … or maybe even yourself? 😆 I know I’ve enjoyed setting them up for different pictures!

Finally got my shop lights finished and installed!!!
This project started over a year ago and I temporarily hooked up a wifi smart outlet to two of the lights. The plan was always to wire them to a physical switch. I bought the wiring and components a while ago but they sat for a year since the bandaid fix was working… kind of.
This week, in between working from home, feeding and changing my newborn son Ryland, I finally managed to finished this project. And learned a good amount about home wiring (this was my first home wiring project).
Now I have 4 LED fixtures to provide lighting throughout the whole garage! They are all controlled from a single switch. I will still need to use my headlamp, but not nearly as often.
As a bonus since I was in the attic I also insulated the door to hopefully help with maintaining the heat this winter.

Now I have some cleaning up to do 🤣😵😵‍💫
