2019 broght many changes to my famliy’s lives. My Mother and My first BFF went to be with the Lord. My Son-in-law’s father also passed away. We had new birth in our family , Benjamin Issac and Mary Rose. We are blessed! Looking forward to 2020. Happy New Year!

A lot has happened in the past year. My Mom passed away in Feb. My first best friend Lenita passed away in March.

I have hand written recipes from my Mom and myself. I will be posting copies of the ones that are tried and true!!! Thank you!

Baked white wedding cakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing. 1 Red Velvet for Francis!

Nana ‘s Ranch Bacon cheddar dip

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 package (1 oz) ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped cooked bacon (6 slices) or real bacon bits in a pkg.

Sliced green onions, if desired

Directions:

In large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and dressing mix until well blended. Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese.
Stir in bacon. If desired, top with extra shredded cheese and sliced green onions to serve.

I always make about 4 times this amount for my Grandkids.
Their favorite dip fir every Holiday!
