Bridesmaid sweetheart necklace gown - top did not fit and would not zip all the way up. She was in a panic. It was a couple of days before the wedding!!! 😳
So I turned the back edge under to where the zipper could zip up to, hand stitched it down and added a large hook and eye so the zipper would not unzip on its own. Worked beautifully and I gained experience.
She and her mother were thrilled.🎉

To all my clients, past and future, I will be taking a break from sewing from Sunday, August 1 through Sunday, October 17. I will be finishing all the items I currently have and those I had committed to which will take me through July. Therefore I will not be taking any new items until my return in October.
