I think it’s important to understand very early on when you have been called to challenge certain norms that none of it will be easy. Work will be the pre-requisite for success and People that aren’t supposed to go with you simply will not understand.

I’m at a point of contention with myself right now as an entrepreneur and a friend, mother, family member but most of all as a creative. Exploring what’s next, knowing what must be done and being absolutely terrified and overwhelmingly excited at the same time.

Moments like this remind me that while it was never easy…it was all worth it. Women like remind me that excellence is always the answer. Congratulations on this honor and thank you for including in YOUR moments. ❤️
