You can love God and want to be successful. You can desire wealth and still be content and/or grateful for what you have. You can keep God first and still make your success a priority. The two aren’t mutually exclusive!

Desiring to obtain more wealth and success can become an issue when:
- Greed comes into play
- It is placed before God
- There is not sufficient balance/what God had called you becomes less if a priority

We are reminded of that God has ordained for us to prosperous and healthy in Jeremiah 29:11 as well.
