How to keep your summer tops fresh & damage free (so you can wear them for summers to come!)

1. Wash as needed: The more we wash our clothes, the quicker the lifespan decreases due to stress added to the clothing in the washing & drying process. Slightly before you start to see smells, wash it. Use a mesh bag to protect delicate fabrics from friction in the wash.

2. Properly store them with the right hangers: If they are lighter items (under 1lb), have a smaller neckline and/or prone to getting bumps on the ends then use Hangio. For heavier items? Fold them when possible - gravity can stretch what no hanger can fix (thanks gravity!)

3. Maintain them pre-wash: This is everything you will do before it’s ready for a wash. Your clothing care maintenance routine can be low lift to high lift as you capacity allows. Brush off lint, steam lightly, use combs/brushes for your cashmere. Spot-treat stains first.

Pro tip: Quality makes this even easier. Investing in better-made clothing is a “shortcut” to making your clothes last longer.
