About the child that was abused at "The Children's Courtyard" daycare in Plano. This is an absolute tragedy. One that is repeated over and over again in the state of Texas. Parents are encouraged to check out a daycare's safety inspection records before enrolling them. How! If you ask the daycare, they are only going to tell you what they want you to know, and the state's DFPS website may not have any information listed on a particular daycare. So how is a parent to view safety inspection records if the daycare is not even listed via the daycare search link. It's like lots of crucial information remains hidden from the public. Go to the Texas DFPS website and do an online search for this daycare; it's not even listed anywhere. So the problem is parent's could be leaving their precious little darlings in the care of absolutely evil monsterous people and not even know it. Until it's too late. Where is the real tradgedy in this? Does the state share some responsibility?

A nursery worker at The Children's Courtyard on Parkwood Boulevard in Plano, slams a toddler face down on mat to get him to nap while his horrified mom watches online.
