Hurricane 🌀 Katrina did something to me internally as I cried, donated and volunteered with American Red Cross while I was 4 months pregnant 🤰
I hid my pregnant belly so that American Red Cross would not deny me being a volunteer at Camp Gruber in Braggs, OK. This is where they brought bus 🚌 loads of survivors from New Orleans.
However, I felt like I didn’t do enough to help our people.
I later found a way to serve survivors of natural disasters and catastrophic events by serving in all of the roles above and helping others do the same while keeping God 1st and sharing his goodness.
I’m a passionate teacher…
I’m passionate about assisting in rebuilding and restoring lives…
