Dear valued customers,
I want to extend my sincerest apologies to everyone who placed an order for B*W products. I carefully packed all your orders into a single check-in bag. Upon my arrival in the Philippines, I didn’t inspect that particular baggage, as I was confident everything was intact and there was no indication of damage.
However, this morning, when I opened my luggage to sort through the orders, I was dismayed to find that many of the mists were missing, including the items I had planned to share with my family.
I truly appreciate your understanding and ask for your forgiveness if I am unable to fulfill your orders.
