🏓🌿 Journey School Pickleball Fundraiser Recap!
What a day on the courts!
Our Pickleball Fundraiser was SOLD OUT - and such a fun way to bring our community together outside of school.
We had 12 teams participate — 6 beginner teams and 6 intermediate teams — with some players picking up a paddle for the very first time and jumping right in.
The outfits were amazing, the Waldorf-inspired team names were so fun, and the sense of community was even better.
One of the sweetest highlights: one of our very own Journey School alumni played and won gold with his dad, making the day even more special. 🥇🫶🏼

Together, we raised approximately $1,400 for Journey School! 🎉
A huge thank-you to everyone who played, cheered, volunteered, donated, sponsored, and helped make this event possible. We’re especially grateful to for hosting us, for capturing so many beautiful photos, and for helping make the day extra special.

We also created a Journey School Pickleball WhatsApp group so families can stay connected, organize casual games, and help us build this into an annual fundraiser.
