One of my favorite moments from our Royal Caribbean sailing wasn’t a show, a waterslide, or a port adventure (even though those were all great too)… it was watching my son build a little connection with a crew member. 💙

They had their own “secret handshake” 🤝 and every time he saw my son around the ship, he remembered him and made sure they did it again. Those little moments of kindness are the memories our kids carry with them long after the vacation is over. 🥹

Vacation was amazing, but now it's time to get back to our routine! 🌴➡️🥩🍤

One of the biggest reasons I've lost 45 pounds since January has been sticking to a carnivore-focused way of eating. While we enjoyed our vacation, we're excited to get back to the foods that help us feel our best and stay on track with our goals.

We officially said goodbye to Star of the Seas and carried our own luggage off the ship this morning! 🙌

We usually choose the self-assist option because it lets us get off the ship a little faster and head on our way. 🧳✨
