Taking a real break today. Been sewing non-stop. Working in the Raspberry garden trimming the canes.

For the month of December 2025 to the end of January 2026 my physical shop will be closed. I will only be providing a drop off sewing service. If you have appointments with me they will be kept. However I won't be add fitting appointments for this time. I am trying to keep myself healthy during this season, by limiting customer contact.
My drop off service in on my small porch. You can drop off pants to be hemmed with the lengths and or adjustments needed with your name and number and what needs to be done. Other types of mending such as zipper replacements, buttons or patches sewn on. Embroidered names on clothing or towels or bags. You can call for pricing.

While I am still recuperating I finished this blanket for my sister. She did the work, I just assembled the edging and ruffle. Ready to go! I used my White treadle machine....it is the absolute best for thick quilts!

The Lost Spool will be vending at Defasio orchard and greenhouses. October 13th from 12 to 4p Clombus day weekend). I will be bringing Humphrey (the green drago for pictures) Some of the best apples I have ever hard come from this orchard.
