The "It's rude to stare" tee was the first design that I actually executed when I started my brand. If you know my creative process then you know I can spend a whole day to weeks on a design, making change after change before I finally feel happy with it. After many trials and error with this particular design I remembered something my business coach taught me. K.I.S.S which stands for keep it simple stupid. 😅 So I said eff it and went with it. I wore the shirt literally everywhere for two weeks just to see the response it would get before I purchased a bulk order. After many compliments and some side eyes lol I decided to buy my first bulk order of 25 shirts. Paid a micro-influencer and sold out within a month. That was the confirmation that I needed to keep designing so I restocked on 50 shirts and kept going.
