These Retro Dessert Salads 🍊🍓 🥄 are creamy, fruity, and full of nostalgic flavor 😋 Bring back childhood favorites in every bite!

Ingredients
1. Orange Creamsicle Salad 🍊
🍊3 ounces orange-flavored gelatin
🍊1 cup boiling water
🍊½ cup cold water
🍊3.4 ounces vanilla instant pudding
🍊8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
🍊28 ounces mandarin oranges, drained (reserve 8 to 10 for garnish)
🍊2 cups mini marshmallows
🍊¼ cup mini marshmallows, optional garnish
2. Ambrosia Salad
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
8 ounces whipped topping
15 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
12 ounces maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half (plus more for garnish)
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup marshmallows
3. Cottage Cheese Jello Salad 🍓
🍓8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
🍓3 ounces strawberry jello powder
🍓1 cup cottage cheese, low-fat small curd
🍓1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
🍓1 cup fresh strawberries, capped and thinly sliced (optional garnish)

1 large can crushed pineapple
2 boxes pistachio pudding mix
½ cup chopped pecans
1½ cups white mini marshmallows
