One of the greatest honors is seeing one of my hats being worn on one of my best friends on such a special moment in her life.

I had just given this one to Kaila for her birthday, but I was not expecting to see her wear it on such a monumental day. It means so much to me. Congratulations to my sweet friends on discovering they will be bringing a boy into this world!

Made from true vintage satin material on a buckram base with wired edge. The clutch is made the same way. The silk velvet bows are true vintage. The grosgrain band and tulle lining are authentic as well.

This is my proudest moment of my little hat making journey so far. Nicoletta Carlone took a chance on my first design last year, this red velvet heart tilt with a metal arrow through it. She was already in the process of rolling out her design reproducing Ginger Roger's iconic dress from "Carefree" from 1938, along with another dress with a heart and dagger. She let me know that we had a perfect match together! I have been a fan of her designs for years so I am honored and blown away by her deciding to include my hat in her product shoots. I'm so excited about this fun little puff that's been on the to-do list for some time. Inspired by Marabou feather hats of the 30s and 40s, this topper features one continuous strand sewn into a Cinnabon shape, finished with a satin bow on a stovepipe shaped felt base.
Of course, comes with my signature handpainted box!
