When do you actually need to finalize your weather plans for an outdoor wedding?

You don’t need to know the forecast months ahead, but you do want to know what your options are.

Many of our planner partners reserve weather-related rentals well in advance, then finalize the details around the final walkthrough with the venue and vendor team.

The goal isn’t to predict the weather. It’s to have a plan before you need it.

How many umbrellas do you actually need for a wedding or event?

Not necessarily one for every guest.
Plan for at least 75% of your guest count, then adjust based on how guests will use them, how long they’ll be outside, and whether everyone will need one at the same time.

The right number depends less on guest count alone and more on how the event actually flows.
