Alli didn’t just pull a few gowns and leave me to figure it out. She (clearly) had a super thoughtful system for introducing each dress, paying attention to my reactions, asking me questions, and making the appointment feel completely personal from beginning to end. She even had a surprise waiting for me once I said yes.
We are losing this level of personalization in SO many service and hospitality businesses. We cancelled all of our other appointments and are so grateful they cared so much about the experience and not just the transaction.
