Meet Kristina Kostuk, one of our Team BOCO ambassadors out of Penetanguishene, Ontario, and a serious inspiration.
Kristina only races once or twice a year, but she makes them count, including a 25K at the Mansfield Outdoor Centre trail race and, this spring, her first 50K at the Sulphur Springs Trail Race in Ancaster. Max, her Border Collie mix, is her usual running partner and is often right there beside her on the miles that lead up to race day.
Kristina also lives with rheumatoid arthritis and has been open about her experience because it might help someone else navigating their own version of hard. That kind of resilience is what Team BOCO is all about.
Her current favorite from us is the Trail Hat Ventilator in Alpenglow.
