This has never been about running.
It’s always been about the people.
Somewhere along the way, this stopped feeling like something we organize and started feeling like something we all belong to.
Community isn’t something you create. You make space for it.
The rest happens on its own.
People show up. They come back. They bring a friend. They cheer for strangers. They make someone else feel like they belong.
Before long, it becomes something bigger than any one person.
That’s the kind of community you can’t manufacture.
