Finished the CrossFit Open semifinals with a personal best 114th in the world(subject to change as video submissions are checked). Moving to the 55-59 age group next year. Training hard to try to get to the top 30 to make the finals at the CrossFit Games.

The leaderboard for the CrossFit Open quarterfinals has been updated. Slow start but ended up 168th. The top 200 move on to the semifinals. They will finalize the results next week and make it official. Only two weeks until the semifinal workouts will be released. Huge shoutout to Michael Cheney from my gym who also made it. Thank you to everyone for your support and words of encouragement!

I finished the CrossFit Open quarterfinals today. A big lasik day at the office, Vision Source meetings, continuing education classes, and four competition workouts in four days make for a busy weekend! Here are some pictures from the workouts. The leaderboard will be updated later this week.
