3 INGREDIENT ROLLS
1.25 cups self rising flour
1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted or olive oil (your choice)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and yogurt, stirring until they are well combined. If the mixture is too sticky, add a tablespoon of additional flour and continue to mix. Repeat as necessary until the mixture becomes a workable ball of dough. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead on a lightly floured surface, until the dough is smooth.
Prepare the dough and divide it evenly into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a round-shaped ball of dough.
Lightly spray, butter, or oil a small pie plate, baking dish, or bread pan. Place each piece of rolled dough into the pan, lightly touching each other. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter, covering each top completely.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

2 INGREDIENT HONEY BUTTER
1Β cupΒ (2 sticks) butterΒ (softened)
1/3Β cupΒ honey
1Β pinchΒ saltΒ (optional, add if using unsalted butter)
Soften the butter.Β Take the butter out of the fridge at least 30 minutes prior to starting to recipe so it has a chance to soften up (room temperature is ideal)
Whip the butter.Β Add the butter to a mixing bowl, and using an electric hand mixer, beat the butter until itβs fluffy.
Add the honey.Β Pour in the honey, add some salt, and continue mixing until youβve got a smooth mixture.
Done!Β Transfer the honey butter to a storage container.
