One of the best reminders I’ve received lately:

Just stating your intention to do something—like “I’m going to write a book”—can trigger a dopamine release.
It gives you a small, satisfying rush, similar to what you’d feel if you had actually done it.

That little hit feels good.
So good that sometimes… you don’t follow through.
Because your brain thinks it already happened.

The moral: Take action.
Talking about it isn’t the same as doing it.

I’ve fallen for this hundreds of times.
Still do sometimes.
But I’m learning to shut up sooner and build more.
Because the dream doesn’t care what you say. It moves when you move.
