The perfect dress for a garden party themed bridal shower. It even has floral and lattice style lace🌷🌼🌸🌻

For this mother's wedding dress redesign, we chopped the hem to tea-length, shortened the waist, and removed the zipper in back, replacing it with a lace-up corset style closure.

Still not over this beauty 😍
Nicole drove from an hour away to have me transform her mother's dress (swipe to see the before) but also keep the look true to the original. So we chopped the hem to mini length, keeping the lace ruffle, took in the bodice, added cups and boning for structure, and took the sleeves from big and poufy to a more proportionate size. I also made matching purses from the leftovers, one for Nicole and one for mom! ❤️❤️

Congrats to beautiful bride Camille! We took her corset tulle dress to the next level with bodice alterations for the perfect fit and added a touch of whimsy with custom tulle straps made from leftover hem pieces. Designed to tie into bows and still cascade down the shoulders. The train was removed during hemming, so no need for a bustle.

The bride's beaded and pleated lace dress was taken in at the bust, waist, and below the hip, hemmed, and bustled.

Mother of the bride alterations included a shoulder and sleeve adjustment, and hem.

Sarah's gown went from "it fits" to "it looks like it was made for you!" 🤍

Alterations done: pointy bust curve was reshaped, interior waist-stay added for extra support, seams were taken in below the hip to accentuate curves, hem taken up, and a ballroom, or train-flip, bustle was added.

Only a few alterations were needed to make Magdalen's dress from in Ann Arbor perfect....shoulders brought up, darts added to the back, hem, and a bustle ✨️
