This is the utility room wall where most of the plumbing is located, the bathroom sink and toilet is on the other side.....

I wanted to let people know about what I am doing with the little house and a little bit about what I am installing in it.
First off it is only 10'by 20' in size..... 184 Sq feet inside with a loft 10' by 10' that adds another 100 Sq feet for a total of 284'.

A full bath with a regular size tub, a waterless toilet, electric tankless water heater 99% efficient rated, led lights, hardwood floors, 1"by 6" spruce paneling, stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher and all copper water lines.

Built on 4" by 6" pressure treated timbers to be moved easily.
