The girl who is wondering if she’s doing enough, if she’s good enough, if her dreams are too big; she becomes a woman who builds something of her own. She takes the little dream she had and turns it into something people walk through the doors to experience.

She gets married to the person she loves. She builds a home. She gets a puppy. She makes friendships that feel like they’ve existed forever. She creates a business that becomes a community. She learns that some of the people she meets along the way will become family.

And she learns something even more important:

You don’t have to have it all figured out to start.

There will be days when you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, or questioning yourself. There will be moments when you look around and think, How did I get here? God was writing a story for me long before I knew how to read the pages. And somehow, I’m living in chapters I once only prayed for, chapters I didn’t even know were possible, chapters I never could have imagined for myself. And He’s writing yours, too. Keep going, even when the going gets hard. Your story is far from finished.🤍

10 months of a friendship that feels like a lifetime. I truly believe some people come into your life at exactly the right time, and I will forever be grateful that God brought you into mine.🥹

Court, you have become so much more than a friend or someone who helps run this business. You are family. You are someone I can laugh with, dream with, vent to, create with, and somehow spend countless hours working alongside without ever getting tired of having you around.

You work SO incredibly hard for A.L.’s Pantry & Co., and I will never be able to adequately explain just how grateful we are for everything you do. You pour so much of yourself into this place, and I hope you know that it does not go unnoticed.

But more than anything you do for the business, I’m thankful for YOU. For your friendship, your loyalty, your heart, and for all of the memories we’ve already made in just 10 short months. It really is crazy to think that we haven’t known each other our whole lives because it sure feels like we have.

So excited for our friends over at Tattered & Tarnished Antiques in Chipley, FL!🤎✨

Not only are they expanding into an even bigger space, but they were also named Best of Florida 2026! What an incredible accomplishment!🎉

We absolutely love Teresa & Jim, and we could not be happier for them! They work so hard, have the most beautiful shop, and deserve every bit of this success. We are so excited to watch this next chapter unfold for them!🤗

A little note from the Hubby:

Good morning friends, family and all you awesome people! It's a beautiful Friday morning and well... we're still kinda trying to wrap our heads around this one.

Tattered & Tarnished Antiques has officially been named a Best of Florida 2026 winner.

Not nominated. Not "maybe next year."
Actually named one of the Best of Florida winners.

And what really blows our minds is that we're one of only a handful of antique stores across the entire state to receive this honor, and the only one up here in North Florida.

From little ol' Chipley, Florida.

This happened because of YOU. Every person who's stopped in, bought something, shared a post, told a friend, or just helped spread the word... thank you. Seriously. We are overwhelmingly thankful.

And apparently one big announcement wasn't enough.

We're also expanding into a larger space within the next month and a half.

More room. More treasures. More cool stuff to dig through.

The photo is a mockup of a possible mural for our new space, and we're pretty dang excited about what's coming next.

Dothan was buzzing with antique shoppers today! Thank you to everyone that came and shopped with us today! We are so thankful for every single person who walked through our doors.🩷💚

I’m especially thankful for my Brooke and Kinley for helping me through this very special day. Today is BJ’s birthday.🤍

Of course, we had to wear our “Try Not to Suck Today” shirts in his honor! We miss that joker more than words could ever describe, but I truly believe his first birthday in Heaven was better than anything this Earth could have ever offered him.🕊️

Happy Birthday in Heaven, BJ. We love you, we miss you, and we’ll keep carrying your memory with us everywhere we go.
