Just a few friendly reminders when getting your items ready for consignment!

1. Please match all sets before drop-off.

When I first started this adventure with only a handful of consignors, I had more time to sort and match items. Now that we have almost 150 consignors, I simply do not have the extra time to match sets for everyone. Thank you for helping by doing this before bringing your items in!

2. Please make sure items are freshly laundered and in great condition.

This is especially important if they have been sitting in storage. We do our best to keep Sweet Magnolias stocked with high-quality, stain-free items. If an item has stains, excessive wear, or is something you would consider throwing away due to age or condition, please do not include it in your drop-off.

3. Shoes need to be in excellent condition.

Shoes only sell well when they are clean and gently worn. Dirty, stained, or very worn shoes are unlikely to sell and will be rejected.

4. Please pick up rejected items, totes, or bags within 3–5 business days.

Once we contact you for pickup, items not picked up within that time frame may be subject to donation due to limited storage space.

☀️ Summer Hours & Upcoming Closed Dates ☀️

As most of you know, it is just Emma and me working at the store this summer. To give us a little more flexibility for vacation days, college tours, and summer activities, I have decided to scale back our hours a bit.

Starting Tuesday, June 16th, our summer hours will be:

Tuesday through Friday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

The store will also be closed on the following dates:

Saturday, June 20th
Tuesday, June 30th through Saturday, July 4th
Friday, July 10th and Saturday, July 11th

We may have a few additional closed dates toward the end of July, depending on Emma’s college tour schedule. I will post those dates as soon as they are finalized.

I know many of you work until 4:00 or later. If you ever need to pick up or drop off items outside of our regular business hours, please let me know. I will be happy to meet you at the store when possible!

Thank goodness for backup!

We have so many new finds waiting to hit the floor that Emma and Allison are holding down the store and stocking today while I sort and price even more fabulous items!

I am also still working my way through consignor payouts. Whew! This was our biggest payout EVER, and one of the apps keeps locking me out. I have about nine more to go, but I promise I am working on it! 😅

📣 **Hey, Consignors!**

Now that our Fill-a-Bag event is over, we are working on clearing out items that have been in inventory for a while. This will apply to items dated **before March**.

If you know that you **do not want your unsold items returned** and would like us to donate them, please comment below or send us a message. Right now, I am bagging up the remaining items that need to be picked up, so letting me know as soon as possible would be a huge help!

Also, I have not finished giving consignors credit for every item sold during the Fill-a-Bag event. There were **a LOT** of items sold, so I will be working through those throughout the month.

Don’t worry! You will receive credit for any of your items that were sold during the event. 💕
