Well here’s something special that’s gonna happen at the bakery - homemade cannolis! (That’s with an “S” cuz you can’t eat just one!)
Ya gotta start with a beautiful custard and I just ran up there this evening to make it so it can cool overnight.
Tomorrow and Wednesday we will mix it with heavy cream, mini chocolate chips, slivered almonds, powder sugar and then - yummy-yummy cannolis!
