Clancy's Fancys boutique caters to the tweens as well as a womans style set. Our clothes are contemporary, fashionable, and most important affordable. Exchange / Return Policy:
No refunds will be issued for items purchased. A credit will be issued for returned merchandise only when accompanied by the original sales receipt, tag
s attached, and with the date of purchase exceeding no more than 30 days. Clancy's Fancys reserves all rights to refuse an exchange on any merchandise not returned in its original condition. All clearance items are FINAL SALE. Items must be returned in their original condition.

^ No signs of wear, damaged, washed, and/or altered. Exchange / Return Policy for shipped merchandise:
Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the date that merchandise is received. If the customer elects to hold the purchase for combined/discounted shipping, the 30 allowable days begins from date printed on the receipt for items being held. No refunds will be issued for items purchased. A credit will be issued for returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must have original sales receipt with the date of purchase. SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days, excluding holidays. Credit Card verification must be obtained prior to shipping any merchandise. All merchandise will be shipped via USPS within the Continental United States. Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00. Shipping is free for any orders for $150.00 and above. Any shipments that may require multiple packages or large/oversized boxes may incur additional charges. Customers will be notified before incurring a shipping increase. We are unable to ship to a PO Box. RETURN POLICY
Upon customers choosing to return a package, return shipping will be paid for by the buying customer. We suggest that returned items be shipped through a secure, insured, and trackable carrier. Clancy's Fancys is not responsible for damaged and/or lost items in transit. Items must be received in their original condition.

An exchange will not be issued/processed until the returned item is received. Once the original item is received, in condition as purchased, Clancy's Fancys will exchange the item and/or issue a store credit. If the exchanged item exceeds the cost of the original item purchase price listed on the returned receipt, your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance and additional shipping charges. If the exchanged item value is less than the original purchase price listed on the returned receipt, a store credit will be issued for the remaining balance. Damaged / Shipping Errors
✻ In the event that an incorrect item is shipped or the item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify Clancy's Fancys within 2 business days of the date the item was received. Any damages that occur after the 2 day period, Clancy's Fancys is not responsible. Notification within the 2 business days will prevent such errors. After the notification, you will have an additional 5 days to return the item. Please note that the sooner we receive the item, the sooner the exchanged item will be on its way to your doorstep.

Please note that business days are listed as Monday through Friday. Verification of credit card purchases will be completed before merchandise is shipped. This may cause a slight delay in the estimated delivery dates. All orders are shipped via a common carrier. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and ask that you please provide a standing address.
^ Upon request, a confirmation of purchase and all shipment tracking information may be sent to you via email at the completion of shipment processing.
^ There is a flat rate shipping cost of $8. There are no shipping charges for purchases greater than $150.
