A collaboration with Greenwich Bay Design - Bittersweet Farm in East Greenwich. RI. Custom home concept. Atypical of coastal New England... this particular couple envisioned more of a "French chateau" for their 27 acre working farm. Construction will break ground in late spring early summer 2017.

BEFORE

This was a 1990's builders beach house...with all the look and feel of such. The owners wanted to customize this home to fit both their style and their desire to share it with friends and family. We increased the footprint of the house, added an upstairs master suite, a downstairs bedroom and private bath, tv room...and increased the function and footprint of the downstairs master bedroom and bathroom.

1960 brick ranch in south Charlotte. The new owners enjoyed entertaining guests and spending time in their kitchen. We enlarged the current kitchen substantially and created and screened-in eating porch. While the existing house was/ is a brick ranch, the owners love a mid-century modern aesthetic and asked that I keep that in mind for this phase of the addition/ design work.
