🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

I’m thrilled to share that I am officially a Grand Canyon University student! 🎓 In just four years, I will be certified in Elementary and Special Education. Becoming a teacher has always been my dream, and I’m so excited to start this journey!

Right now, I’m working as a paraprofessional, which gives me incredible hands-on experience with students. Plus, I’m lucky enough to continue creating for Frija Knits & More along the way. 💕

Thank you all for your support as I balance my studies, work, and passion for crafting. Here’s to new beginnings and endless possibilities! 🥳

Since it’s been awhile, I thought I would introduce myself for those that don’t know me yet.

My name is Jeana,👋 I’m a mother of four, married to my highschool sweetheart. 🥰 I have been crocheting since 2009 knitting 🧶 since 2019. I’m a 🐝 keeper, and para educator 👩‍🏫

I started crocheting when I found out I was pregnant 🤰 with my second child. It came in handy when I found myself on bed rest for the last month of my pregnancy. Since then, crocheting and knitting have become my passion. I love creating and making home made items for everyone to love and give as gifts. When people think of Frijaknits I want the word Cozy and practical to come to mind. 🥰

Well Hello! It’s been awhile!

How is everyone doing?!

I am still working as a special needs para, bee keeping, making beanies, washcloths and more and I now have a bunch more of my patterns for sale on my Etsy!

It’s about time I start making a presence here on instagram again. I have missed you all and hope you are doing well.

Not a work post, but an update. It’s been a time of healing and recovery ❤️‍🩹 in my household. My husband has been all hands on deck for us and a Trooper! Our youngest has been sick and then it turned into an infection that needed a doctor visit, our son ended up hurt during his football game and needed to recover and I ended up with Serum Sickness from a bee sting. He may have needed to take the time off of work but took care of all of us when we needed him the most. We are so thankful for him. Now that we are on the mend. It’s time to get back on track.
