Today was my 3rd workout at Asylum Fitness and I definitely like this gym. It doesn’t have much equipment yet, but it has everything you need. The gym is extremely clean and the staff all seem very nice. Not many people each of the times I have been there, but I like that. I’m sure that will change but the place is so big it will take a lot of people to make it seem crowded.
I look forward to watching this gym grow. You should definitely check it out!

Happy

Well I gained back all the weight I lost during my gastrointestinal issue that I had earlier this year. It’s not good weight either. I guess eating cake several times a week is not a great dietary decision! Time to put the breaks on right after national stuffing yourself season otherwise known as Thanksgiving.
