With a heavy heart, I share the loss of my beloved Kaya. On Thursday, we said our final goodbye at home, peacefully, surrounded by love. The week before, a vet visit raised some concerns, and things declined quickly after that. Making the decision to let her go was never easy, but it was the kindest choice for her comfort in the end.
We spent her last day with a pup cup and a drive down the Putnam trail before curling up on her favorite blanket on her favorite bed. I’m so grateful to everyone who loved her, gave her pets, and shared in the moments that made her truly special. We both felt that love, and I’ll carry it with me as I adjust to life without her.
It’s going to feel strange for a while, and I ask for some space as I navigate this new routine. But if you’d like to leave a note or share a memory of her below, I’d love to hear it.
When you bring an animal into your life, you know the heartache will come, but that doesn’t make it easier. After 11 years together in her 14 1/2 years of life, I can say without a doubt that she was the best. Her journey was extraordinary, and I’m forever grateful for the time we shared.

Correction from yesterday: Sunday close at 3. Hey friends! I’m back from vacation (it was great thanks for asking 💅🏽). So while I sort out a couple things; pulling Wednesday from roster for a bit. She’ll be back online when we get into the full swing of holiday fun! Thanks for your patience while a routine settles in! ….that said we will be closed early tomorrow. We’ll be at the High Bridge Howl! Come scream out some stress at this new event!

How did we get here? 😵‍💫🫨 Summer was a blur and now we’re starting to get ready for fall/winter vibes here. That means we are doing some house cleaning and making space. HUGE discounts on a lot of large wall pieces and smaller home items. Our 50% shelf will be 70%! Stop in for some steals!

Hot days, hot sauce, hot damn! I make a mean breakfast burrito, but good lord, we leveled up with this. Not your regular hot sauces, they’re cool hot sauces 😉. Vegan, gluten free, main base is carrots and apple cider vinegar which give them a different zip. These have been going on all the things. 🍳 🍕 🍔 🥗
