Sometimes we have to sew our own damn capes and superhero up!

How my morning started; I locked myself out of the car, waited on hold with for 45 minutes with no response all while trying to break into my car and entertain my 2 kids. I missed my yoga class and was feeling very overwhelmed.

How it’s going; breathed through the panic, threw extra car seats that were in my garage into my uncles car and got a ride to the fitness center so I could sweat it out.

Yes, my car is still locked.
Yes, I’ll have to deal with it later.
But I’m getting what I need NOW. A break. A deep breath.

When things aren’t working, take a step back and approach when you’re in a better mind space. Sew the cape and superhero up! 🦸‍♀️
