l runners including middle and high school athletes competing in track & field and cross country, parents of athletes, college, post-collegiate, and competitive runners, and beginners and walkers. Good luck to all of the athletes competing at the Minnesota State Track & Field Championships this weekend!

State week is the culmination of countless early mornings, hard workouts, bus rides, and miles logged long before anyone was paying attention. It's one of our favorite weekends of the year.

We're especially excited to cheer on the TC Running Co. team members who will be competing alongside some of the best athletes in the state. We're proud to have you representing your schools, your communities, and our stores.

Best of luck to every athlete stepping onto the track, runway, or infield this weekend. Enjoy the moment—you've earned it!

Weekly group runs are rolling at Burnsville, St Paul, and Woodbury at 6pm.

One date to circle: Wednesday, June 3. We're teaming up with On to celebrate Global Running Day at our St. Paul group run with demo shoes, recovery, frozen treats, and a few extra surprises.

As always, all paces are welcome. Come for the miles, stay for the community.

A global day for running. A local night to celebrate it.

Join us and On at our St. Paul group run as we celebrate the sport with demo shoes, recovery, and a post-run hang built for summer.

We’ll have On demos available to try on the run, plus a mobile sauna + cold plunge, frozen treats, cold drinks, and a few extra surprises from the On team.

Get off the pavement.

We’re teaming up with Nike ACG for a Saturday morning on the trails at Theodore Wirth—easy miles, demo shoes, coffee, donuts, and a reason to spend a little more time outside.

We’ll have demo pairs of the ACG Pegasus Trail available for the run, ACG mugs while supplies last, and one runner will head home with a free pair of shoes.

What a night with Mizuno and MDE!

Huge thanks to everyone who came out for Run With the Pros with Mizuno and MDE. Fast shoes, snow cones, good hangs, and a whole lot of people getting after it together.

These nights keep getting better because of the people showing up for them. Really grateful for this community.
