Happy New Years Eve to everyone! I am still getting so many calls about boots I thought I would post what I have left GIRLS SIDE: 3 sz6, 2 sz;8, 1 sz 10/11, 1 sz 13/1 and a big girl size 4 BOYS SIDE: 1 SZ 6, 1 SZ 7, 1 SZ 10, and a Big boy 5 and 6. We will be here until 6pm today, closed for New Years Day and back hard at it on Sunday. Have a happy and safe New Years

Hello City Kids Friends, it is my sincere hope that all of you are having a warm and joy filled holiday season!! It has been great seeing old friends and meeting so many new consigners in such a short amount of time! Did anyone say shoes/boots? Don't wait last minute, for the snow to fall, to buy your winter boots and attire. We have a range of sizes and styles of both winter shoes and boots. If you find yourself needing any last-minute Christmas gifts for the kiddos, come on in tomorrow (Christmas Eve) until 3:00pm we have a ton of toys for a variety of ages. (City Kids will be Closed December 26 & 27th returning on Tuesday December 28th.

Hello friends of City Kids. I hope you and yours had a relaxing enjoyable and yummy Thanksgiving. Normally the store is closed all weekend during Thanksgiving but just a shoult out to let you know that we are here this weekend both Saturday and Sunday. It is time to gear up for the Holiday Season and to that end toys have been pouring in. I already have some great stuff out {LOL doll house, Barbie Dream House, Disney Cars Wooden Table and Cars!) with much more to come. Snow boots and suits have also arrived. I will post pictures soon. Just a reminder that in December we do not accept clothing just shoes, toys and some snow gear. We have done that for the last few years and it works great - allows us to get all existing clothing out and then we switch to accepting Spring (not Summer) in January. I will check in again soon. To all my City Kids friends finally a post right? I will get the "business" out of the way first: City Kids will be closed all day Friday October15th. Not my idea of a good time but I have to be in Aberdeen for the day UGH. We will resume normal hours on Saturday October 16th. It has been a bit of a crazy time (for all of us) lately but I did want once again thank all of you from customers, consigners and the community for all of the kind gestures. They have meant so much to me AND the business! Because of all of you the tide has started to shift and the hard work is paying off. I am here to let you know that It is looking more and more that the business will continue! and I will not have to shut the doors So thankyou, thankyou thankyou! I believe that someone will probably end up having to roll me out in my wheelchair!! I am still working on finding someone to work in the mornings but I am close so hang in there with me while we work through some growing pains. Have a great day and SEE YOU AT CITY KIDS!!!

Hello everyone! I have misplaced my phone in the store (along with my brain lol) and apparently did not hang up after my last call.
If you have tried to call me today you have probably noticed that you cant get through. Just wanted to let you know that we are here and it is business as usual (waiting on phone delivery ugh!) Things have been a bit hectic here for the past couple of months for sure! Just a quick note to let ya'all know that I am taking a pause on accepting clothing until Saturday October 9th. (Unless prior arrangements were made with me) I will continue to take toys and some equipment. If you could give a call before you bring large equipment that would be great. I could definately use some SINGLE strollers. Other than that I just want to thank everyone for your continued support and encouragement. Look for Halloween costumes to be out on the rack in the next day or so. SEE YOU AT CITY KIDS!!

Hello Facebook Friends...Just a reminder that I will not be accepting any clothes until Sunday August 22. I have lots of school clothing to put out and am having a hard time with so many drop offs at the same time. Give me a couple days and we will gladly take your fall/winter, clothing and halloween costumes. In the meantime I have room for a couple of strollers (NOT DOUBLE PLEASE) as well as toys. Hope you all are enjoying the beautiful sunshine. Thanks as always for the support! FYI we are definately in need of girls clothing from size 4-14 - it seems to be a year for BOYS BOYS BOYS! we are getting lots of little boys clothing! Have a great eveing! Happy Thursday everybody. Just a quick reminder to everyone that we are now accepting Fall clothing (long sleeves, cardigans, jackets, fleece and halloween costumes). We will begin to accept holiday clothing the beginning of November. With the kids going back to school in the fall it is time to clean out the old so you can bring in the recycled! We know that the textile industry is a big offender when it comes to our environment so by supporting City Kids you are going even further to support the world. Hopefully you will be seeing a new face soon. I am bringing someone in to open the store at 10am religiously and be nice to my customers. Many of you have already met my sweet Mikayla who works on Sunday so that I may have a weekend. Lastly thanks to all of you for putting up with my ever expanding inventory pile. Things should start to settle down after all of the displaced consignors from store closures get settled and find a new consignment home. To that end A big thankyou to all of you who have chosen City Kids as that place. As always feel free to call if you are looking for something in particular. SEE YOU AT CITY KIDS!

Happy Friday to you and yours. Quick note to wish you all a happy Independence Day. We have come through a Pandemic, Lived through the hottest days on record...what will be next? SHOPPING lol. The store is full but we are looking for big kids clothing right now. Late summer, early fall for size 8 to 14 both boys & girls. Also I still have lots of 4th of July clothing in many different sizes available. Please feel free to call and ask if I have an item you may be looking for. Happy Friday to everyone! The sun is out, summer is almost here AND masks are off!! So my check-in this week is to fill you in on a few things. First since the mask mandate was lifted around the 3rd week of May by the Governor I have made masks in this store optional for vaccinated people those are the new guidelines. We are still getting lots of new consignors so I want to thank you all for choosing City Kids. There may not be many other options but there are options nonetheless. We are pretty much full of Summer items and will be making the switch to Fall clothes the second week of July. Until then I will be accepting a very limited amount of summer items. The store is packed with lots of great stuff. I seem to always need clothing for boys in ALL sizes but especially 12m-2T. Girls clothing as well - ALL sizes but especially 9m to 2T. Here are just a few pictures of items in the store. The Thomas the Train toybox and wooden desk are great and so is the Ariel Undersea Kingdom Dollhouse. We have room for highchairs, Bumbos a few strollers etc. I am also happy to let your know that business has started to pick up just a bit and that is awesome. Hello everyone I hope you are enjoying the beautiful Seattle Sunshine like I am. First of all as usual I have to thank all of you for your continued support. Your kindness and generosity is humbling! The last month or so has been a bit of an adjustment for all of us. I am sure that ya'll are feeling the changes as well. We have SOOO many new consigners recently since the other 2 children's consignment stores closed! Thanks by the way to all of you consigners who have chosen City Kids - even though there are not too many consignment stores to go to, I am aware that I am not your ONLY option! Shopping has picked up a bit I am hopeful that it will continue. The thought of closing my doors will just be a memory! (NO I AM NOT CLOSING THE DOORS) Anyone who consigns and people who are thinking about consigning for the first time we have space for lots of stuff right now such as strollers, wagons, bikes swings exersaucers, etc. Equipment. And we are desperately needing clothing for boys in ALL sizes! We are looking for girls clothing from 9m up to 14! Thanks and SEE YOU AT CITY KIDS!
