New! The Railcar Tarmac jacket are now available in 15.5 ounce black warp white weft 100% cotton selvedge raw denim! The new fitment is brand new from the ground up. Designed with a relaxed body width, sleeves that hit the wrist, and a length that should meet the belt line. We have about a one in a half rolls of this black/white left in the workshop. Check out my previous reel of me wearing the indigo version for an on body fitment of this new Tarmac denim jacket. Size to your normally bought size.

Update on the indigo release. The indigo one is sold out and is in mid production! They're being handmade and will deliver as soon as we're done.

2014 when I quit the LA Metro as a mechanic to sew jeans because I didn't want to work 8 hours and make my own schedule... What the heck was I thinking... Now, I constantly work and worry 7 days a week.... Definitely the most craziest thing I ever did.

Selvedge raw denim leg tapering alteration done correctly versus incorrectly! We do the alteration of reprofiling the legs to your desired thigh, knee, and bottom opening measurements from the inseam. The outseam construction literally doesn't get altered. You even have the option of shorting the inseam length with a chain stitch bottom hem included with our service. We're located as close as your favorite shipping courier.

Throw Back Thursday to 2012 when we got an organic mention in Nylon Magazine with Industry Denim next to the names line Goldsign, Levis, Adriano Goldschmied, and more. I was able to save a souvenir for ourselves. We started the brand in 2010. Even with an early major mention like this, it's been a challenge to get the brand off the ground. Even with almost 2 decades of hard work, I don't think we hit a viral point or the hump of it yet. It's not easy. Maybe soon! Thank you all for your continued support!

Happy Mother's Day to Railcar selvedge raw denim Mama, Tawny, and all you mothers out there. I don't know if this is noticeable, but Tawny is the real backbone of the Railcar brand and our family. She does all the important background stuff that is mostly unseen. Planning, buying, finance, factory production managing, customer servicing, retail, and even squeeze out a little time to do the womens modeling. All that while being a full time mom of our 3 kids. None of this would be possible without her. Happy Mother's Day.

Lemme fix your crotch denim blowouts! With nearly 20 years of experience, I can honestly say I do them very well. It started as a thing we use to do, but after almost 2 decades, it's something we do regularly and daily. Thousands of repairs done at this point! Experience and knowledge came with so much time. I'll repair any brand of denim!

The new Railcar women's chambray jumpsuit! First production is a couple of days late making that April delivery. They should be shipping on Tuesday. The garment is coming out great. We just had some unexpected things to take care of that took up some of our month like, plumbing to unclog, being short staffed, ect, as you probably saw in my last few post. But not to worry! They look like they should be shipping on Tuesday. And, we cut and few extra. If you're interested, get one.
