📣 Big News From Our Hat Bar Family!

When we started our business, we chose the name OIBX Hat-Tats because we wanted to honor our Inner Banks roots (IBX) while also letting folks know we proudly serve the Outer Banks (OBX).

What we've learned over the past several months is that while the meaning is special to us, the name has caused a lot of confusion. We spend more time explaining what OIBX means than talking about what we actually do!

So, to make things simpler and easier for customers to find and remember us, we're officially simplifying our name to:

Don't worry—nothing else is changing. We're still the same owners, the same custom hat experience, the same wearable art, and the same passion for helping you create something uniquely yours.

Our roots will always be in the Inner Banks, and our heart will always be in serving the Outer Banks and beyond. This change simply helps us connect with more people and makes it easier for everyone to know who we are.

Thank you for supporting us on this journey. We can't wait to continue helping you create hats as wild and unique as the people who wear them.

🤠✨ What a night at the Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. for the Rodeo! ✨🤠

OBX HT had an incredible time meeting rodeo fans, western wear lovers, and some amazing families last night! One of the highlights of the evening was having the opportunity to outfit several members of the same family x2 lol, each with their own unique hat style and personality.

From custom hat bands, branding, and feathers to playing cards and personal touches, it was rewarding to help create hats that were as individual as the people wearing them. Seeing families walk away with coordinated yet uniquely customized hats is exactly why we love what we do.

A special shout-out to the Cavvietta Cowgirls and, of course, Ms. Gracie for making the night even more unforgettable! 💖

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, shared stories, and trusted us to help complete your rodeo look. We enjoyed being part of such a great community event and can't wait to see everyone again at the next rodeo!
