I accept payment via PayPal. Paypal is a completely secure checkout that allows the use of credit cards and checks. Checks do take an average of 3-5 days to clear. Your order will not be started until payment is cleared. Please allow 10 days for production prior to shipment or pickup. Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS with tracking. Shipping rates vary according to size and number of items. I am not responsible for items that are misplaced or lost in the mailing process. If you are concerned about any item being lost in the mail, please contact me for the purchase of shipping insurance. Insurance is very reasonable. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of the items, returns are not accepted and refunds are not issued on personalized items. Please make sure that you have reviewed the details of the listing (design, shirt type, shirt color and sizes available), checked (and double checked) order details such as name, monogram initials, spelling, font, size and color as we will create exactly what you request. REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: There will be no refunds or returns on personalized/custom items. If there is a defect in the item, please send photographic documentation within 24 hours of receiving the item to [email protected]. With proper photo documentation, I will remake a defective item. CANCELLATION POLICY: Supplies for your custom items are bought within 48 of your order and therefore cannot be canceled after 48 hours. Add a monogram to your personal item for $8.
