Jeez, it's been such a long time since I've posted on here! The last couple of years have been super crazy! This one doesn't seem to be too much different, either.

I just wanted to let all my customers know how much I appreciate you all! And, I need to let you all know that I will be unavailable for alterations for about a month starting at the end of March. My mom has to have cancer surgery and I'm going to go and take care of her during her recovery.

I can still do some prom dresses, if I can get them soon!

Again, thank you all for being such great customers!

👀 look what popped up in my fb memories today. I've been sewing all my life - in fact I can't even remember being taught, 😳 but obviously my mom did teach me. Lol😆
but this was the start of doing alterations (other than constantly repairing the knees of my son's 👖! Anyway, I've only been doing alterations as a business since August 2017. I'm so blessed by all my customers!

A recent project that I completed was adding length to a shower curtain for a custom shower.
My customer had this to say - "We are so happy with it! We think you did a really great job! We moved in 2 years ago on May 11, we've never got to use the shower till now. My kids love having their own shower and we are happy to not have to take turns with ours. Makes life so much easier.
Thank you again!!"

God is so good, y'all!

To the gentleman who brought me some $ for supplies because you heard, somehow, what I've been doing; to the local store owner who donated material and supplies; to several friends who have gone to the store for me and purchased supplies; to my dear friend who has done that and spent your time helping prep those supplies to make it easier for me to spend my time doing the sewing; to my sister-in-law who gave me fabric from your own stash and is also sewing your fingers off to help others; to a customer who donated fabric and money for supplies; to my husband and son for putting up with late suppers and leftovers; to my other son, who spent the better part of a day tying knots and to all who have prayed for me (if I'm missing anyone I'm sorry - blame it on being tired)...........

The Lord bless you and keep you;
The Lord make His face to shine on you and be gracious to you;
The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.

May you be sheltered in the shadow of His wings and blessed beyond measure.

Happy Thanksgiving! 🥧🍗🍞

I just want to take this time to express my appreciation and thankfulness to y'all. I'm grateful to all of my customers! Thank you all for entrusting me with all your alteration projects. Thank you for the challenges that have made me learn more and stretched my abilities and given me more confidence! Thank you for your support and encouragement! I hope each and every one of you have a wonderful day filled with family, friends, fun and great food!!!! Most of all, I pray God's blessings on all of you!
