Sometimes the purpose of Gods plans are bigger than ours. I’m asking for prayers and love as I step into a very hard situation. We’ll be closing the store for a few days as I prepare my home to welcome children for emergency foster placement and get them enrolled in school on Monday.
This is deeply personal for me—because once upon a time, someone did this for me. Someone made space, showed up, and reminded me that I mattered. That I could have a good life. A better life. That kind of care stays with you.
Now it’s my turn.
It’s time to pay it forward—to open my home, give my time, and my heart to young people who need support, stability, and a safe place to land. This is bigger than business. It’s about community, compassion, and showing up when it counts. This will be hard, but with grit, grace, and trust in God-it’s possible.
Helping your neighbors isn’t always easy, but it’s always important. And sometimes, it can change the entire course of someone’s life.
Thank you for supporting me as I step into this for these children. There is a silver lining in this. I hope you’ll see it with me. Thank you for understanding. We’ll reopen Tuesday at 11am.🤍
*April 1st I will be closed to take my father to his doctors appointment. His heath has significantly declined due to missed doctors appointments. It is detrimental for his health that I get him fitted for the correct prosthetic. Thank you all for understanding. There’s a purpose for this season.
