First weekend opened here in Elkader went well..
The 6ft rule and masks 95% did this.. loved the laughter of others.

Some Elkader Retail Merchants/Restaurants will be opening up slowly May 1st..All Should be watching closely that their guest are being responsible using CDC guidelines when out.
Most have posted or asked that those stay in their areas if they are from those counties that remain closed..
But assume some won't when you are out and as bout!
