Full payment must be received before cup ships, or is picked up. Once payment is made I will receive an order confirmation and estimated completion date. Tumblers are to be hand washed only. No microwave or dishwasher use. No scrubbing, soaking or exposure to extreme cold or heat for extended period of time. Dropped tumblers that crack or break are non refundable. Each item is handcrafted, unique

and may have minor imperfections. Once design is approved and production begins my design cannot be altered. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued unless due to workmanship defect. All orders will have an invoice sent via square to your email, if you prefer to pay by another method please put that on the order form. Note: I will send updates along the way in the process to verify details or clarify requests to ensure we are on the same page!
