Insta-colors are in this runway stroll highlighting my recent eBay store additions. It is still drabby outside, so I have been seeking pops of color when I am out and about sourcing these recent weeks.

Is it too early for offering some St Paddy's Day fun? Here's an "Instakilt" bath towel that doubles as a fun kilt wrap ... "Slainte!"

And, who remembers using "Scott Paper Company" placemats? The graphics on the front and back of its packaging is out of the 1960's. A new-in-package "Fremware" plastic snack tray set is a popular collection from the 1970's.

Back to the 1960's, this selection of "Lemon Federalist Ironstone" plates is brilliant, like my daffodils that will soon show their blooms, aside one of Rachael Ray's more modern signature platters.

I am also attracted to unique clear glass items, like this MCM-era Anchor Hocking chip and dip platter and the "Bodum Bistro" coffee mug tree set from the 1970's.

And, I threw in a big ceramic pear and a few smalls, just for fun. These runways are keeping me on-course to adding new listings to my eBay store daily. I have had some excellent sales recently, and I'm over-due to get out sourcing. As a New Englander snowbird in NE Texas for the winter, getting iced in is really not in my genes, and despite being built different as a New Englander, these Texas roads are still a hard no. Texas is never poised to deal with a wintery mix, so homebound I will stay ... my New Englander response to Texas winter weather: boots on, coffee made, daily walks, comfort food cooking, no drama ... and showcasing recent new additions to my eBay store are also keeping me busy and content.

This runway reel has a blend of a couple 'tiquing buys from before this ice storm, a few recent thrift finds, some past local auction wins, several donations from a close friend, and one in-the-past free pick. Definitely a hodgepodge of details and colors with a few clear glass pretties.

I just realized IG did not share this September 21 reel to my FB🤯...so here it is😉‼️

Autumnal Equinox is upon us ... so I got to my garage early enough today to set it up before opening and here it is ... the sun is warm, the breeze is cool, and my pace went from brisk to now settled in my vintage commander chair. The hum of road traffic in front mixed with nature's chirping from the marsh land in back make for a relaxing setting.

My garage sale venue is winding down these last two weekends in September. Today, fully stocked with accent tables and lamps, mirrors and wall art, tea pots and small terracotta pots, seasonal platters and autumn decor. The addition of the vintage spinning wheel, an antique rocker, a vintage wooden folding card table, a rustic Lane end table, and an antique steamer trunk are front and center with a variety of vintage wooden shutters and twig wreaths.

I think I am not alone when I say I wish summer would last longer than it does, although I do look forward to our autumn. Leaves have begun to change and the out-of-state leaf peepers are beginning to arrive.

At home, I already have switched my bedsheets to the flannels. My gardens are getting readied for our first frost we will probably get some night soon. And, I have been readying my other storage garages to accept what attic treasures I have in this garage that do not sell by the end of this month.

What am I doing after, you may ask? Well, stay onboard and I will have plenty to share with you. Of course, you can also find a hodgepodge of my attic treasures added daily to my eBay store. Meanwhile, enjoy the vibes of fall, Julie!!!

Silly me at my garage sale on a rainy day. To no surprise, no shoppers this day. Until this first Sunday in September, I had no rain-out days throughout my summer garage sale season and this was also my first no-shoppers day.

However, no time wasted. Undistracted time well-spent wearing my rainy day hat, taking this walk-through stroll, and spending the afternoon listing some of these attic treasures on eBay and FBMP.

Fully stocked and refreshed with lots of autumn colors and vibes, and after today, I have only three more Sundays to go before I end my summer garage sale venue. New items will be added as some of these attic treasures sell over the coming weeks. I hope you enjoy this stroll. Send me a message or stop by to say hello.

September ... One of my favorite months, for so many reasons ... the colors, the air, the sea, the scents, the flora, the sunrises and sunsets, the slower pace ... changes that are meant to be embraced and enjoyed. For me, always a time of reflection.

And so here I am, my last month of this wonderful curated garage sale journey, full refreshed and restocked. I am reflecting upon how thankful I am for a wonderful summer, engaged shoppers, and appreciative of both old and new acquaintances I have met during these last several months.

I am pondering about what changes are happening and conjuring up bright new ideas for what lies ahead. My days here in this one storage garage have been an impromptu dream come true, however this venue ends at the end of this month.

My goals have been met, and I have new goals and new leaves to turn over. Meanwhile, I ask you to join me over the next few weeks ... give a look-see at my wares, stop by if you can, and no matter what, embrace this change of season.

Transition ... Autumn is already beginning to sneak up on us here in Maine. Our sunrises and sunsets begin to show a more subdued hue, the salty air begins to smell a bit crispier, and the flora around us begins to change colors. A favorite time of the year here for me. And, a transition where things will begin to slow down.

I brought some of that autumn vibe into my garage sale this week. In synch with this transition, I am also winding down my summer garage sale adventure as I plan to end this garage sale venue on the last weekend in September. 🍁Beginning today, August 24th, my garage sales will continue for several more weeks on Sundays only with a garage full of vintage furniture, mirrors, lamps, country collectibles, and fall flair🍁!

And, fair warning to my followers and shoppers, I will not be open on Labor Day weekend ... I will be enjoying a few festivities that are special here this time of the year, like the Blue Hill Fair. So, THANK YOU-THANK YOU for a successful summer and here's to relishing the next several weeks as we all begin a transition, Julie!
