So… let me keep this cute, professional and short as can be !
I absolutely love this season of the year, it’s truly an entrepreneur’s season to make the 💰

But keep in mind, I’m no longer a full time entrepreneur like I was last year . I wear many hats and last minute orders are not a thing for me, and for several reasons.

People don’t respect your time, nor do they do want to pay for a rush fee!

Also, chasing money isn’t something me and I’m sure many others aren’t doing just to have a few extra dollars in their pocket.

Let’s be respectful of time!!

I appreciate the tags when people are inquiring, but typically it’s a last minute inquiry ! There are few times it’s another person played them and now they are trying to resolve an issue.

People know when events happen and usually try to find someone willing to do it for the low.

Lastly, I respect my brand and always try to my best 💯!! I double check and triple check if necessary to make sure we are all on the same page before accepting payment .

As I continue to grow my business, one challenge I’ve encountered is a lack of communication or “ghosting” during the ordering process.

I completely understand that life happens — things come up, schedules get busy, and sometimes messages or deadlines are unintentionally overlooked. I experience those moments myself. While I do my best to respond as quickly as possible, I’ve also had to create healthy boundaries regarding after-hours communication, family time, and personal time.

That being said, I make every effort to maintain clear and consistent communication with my customers. I follow up multiple times to ensure we are aligned on the vision for an order, confirm receipt of invoices, and keep the process moving smoothly. I believe mutual communication and respect are important in any professional relationship.

I also understand that circumstances can change. Finances may shift, priorities may change, or a faster turnaround time may be needed. I have always been transparent about my timelines and processes from the beginning.

Moving forward, I kindly ask that if you are no longer interested in proceeding with an order, or are unable to respond regarding next steps, please communicate that. Unpaid orders cannot be held indefinitely, and consistent communication is necessary for me to properly manage my time, workflow, and business operations.

✨ Very thankful for another opportunity to work with a customer outside of the local area. We are grateful for a church in Columbus reaching out to us to provide them with a momento to celebrate and honor the Mothers in this congregation and community!
