My morning ritual, for as long as I can remember, has been to meditate and journal as soon as I wake up. This morning, however, I listened to the quiet voice within that told me my soul needed something different.

I grabbed my favorite mug, made a cup of tea, and settled onto the deck. I listened to the birds sing, watched the moon slowly set, and allowed myself to simply be.

I prayed and shed tears for a precious little girl and her family as they navigate the uncertainty of the unknown. And I reflected on the uncertainty in my own life as I continue my studies and explore how I’m meant to support others in a meaningful way.

In the stillness, I was reminded that not every answer needs to arrive today. Sometimes we are simply being asked to pause, to trust, and to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

This morning was about making space for prayer, hope, and love—for the people and dreams I hold close to my heart. 💜 ☕️🌙🕊️✨

Hello, beautiful souls, and happy Blue Full Moon! 🌕

This week’s oracle card is The Wheel with Archangel Gabriel. This angel of motivation reminds us that the time for inner reflection is over and it’s time to begin the next phase of your life. If that feels overwhelming, keep it simple. Write down one small step you can take to move yourself in the direction you want to go.

The fact that this card is number 10 is no coincidence. Tens are all about endings that lead to new beginnings. Whether that means stepping into a place of greater contentment and happiness or simply feeling relief that a chapter has come to an end, it’s a sign that you’re ready to move on.

And yes, today I was wearing my “In My Defense, the Moon Was Full and I Was Left Unsupervised” sweatshirt. 😄 In the days leading up to the full moon, my emotions felt heightened and I wasn’t sleeping very well. Today, though, I’m already feeling much lighter, and I hope you are too.

Wishing you a soulful week ahead. ✨💙

For years, I struggled with gratitude, and I couldn’t understand why.

Eventually, I realized that gratitude had often been used to make me feel guilty. When I shared that I was struggling, I’d hear things like: “You should be grateful that … fill in the blank.”

Over time, gratitude began to feel like an expectation rather than a genuine emotion.

What helped me heal my relationship with gratitude was discovering appreciation.

Appreciation allowed me to acknowledge what was good in my life without denying what was hard. It gave me permission to be honest about my feelings and meet myself with greater self-compassion.

Gratitude shouldn’t be something we’re expected to feel.

Appreciation is an invitation to notice the good without dismissing our struggles—to hold space for both joy and pain, and to be kinder to ourselves in the process.

That simple shift changed everything for me, and I hope it does for you, too. 🧭🤍✨🌿

A little follow-up to yesterday’s post …

Yes, I went for the crepes. 🤍

And yes, I still stand by what I said: As lovely as France was, the crepes at are better. 🍋🫐🥞

Today’s little joy: finally giving in to the craving. ✨

It seems every time I go away, I come home craving a particular dish from a local favorite. ✈️ 🍽️

Once, after a wellness retreat, I insisted my hubby take me straight to for a California cheesesteak. We still laugh about that one! 😄

And after traveling through the Provence region of France — where we enjoyed some truly incredible food — there was one thing I continued to miss: lemon curd crepes topped with blueberries from . 🍋🫐🥞 Yes, I had crepes in France, but somehow none tasted quite as good. And now? I absolutely need to get myself some!

It got me wondering … 💭

When you return home from being away, is there a local restaurant or favorite meal you can’t wait to have again?

I’m always looking for new places to try, so tell me — what’s your “I missed this while I was gone” spot? 👇🤍

Hello, beautiful souls! 🤍

I got excited reading this week’s collective oracle card because it aligns so perfectly with the post I shared yesterday about the Eight C’s of the Self.

Yesterday, we reflected on the idea that beneath fear, self-doubt, overwhelm, and people-pleasing, beautiful qualities already exist within us: calmness, curiosity, clarity, compassion, confidence, creativity, courage, and connectedness.

And now, this card feels like a loving confirmation that so much of what we seek is already within us.

The name of this card, Inner Guidance System, speaks to the wisdom that already lives inside. We don’t have to become someone new to feel whole. So much of the journey is gently turning inward, reconnecting with ourselves, remembering who we’ve always been, and learning to trust our inner knowing again.

And I have to say, I also love that this card is number 44. 😇 To me, it feels like a symbol of divine support — gentle encouragement to stay grounded, focused, and devoted to building a strong foundation for what is already unfolding ahead.

Wishing all of you a soulful week! 🌿✨🌸

I recently learned about the “8 C’s of the Self” in one of my classes, and it deeply resonated with me.

The idea is that beneath fear, self-doubt, people-pleasing, overwhelm, and pain, there are qualities already within us: calmness, curiosity, clarity, compassion, confidence, creativity, courage, and connectedness.

What I love about this perspective is the reminder that nothing essential is missing from us. Sometimes these parts simply get covered by life experiences, expectations, or old wounds — but they remain there, steady and intact underneath it all.

May this be a gentle reminder for you too of the importance of turning inward with trust, even in moments that feel uncertain. ✨🤍🌿🌸

Hello beautiful souls! 🤍

This week’s oracle card is the Angel of Relaxation … and once again, the message feels rooted in self-care.

I think many of us are being gently encouraged to slow down and take more time to relax mind, body, and soul. To soften, surrender, and trust that everything will fall into place in its own time — while remembering to nurture ourselves too.

Maybe that looks like extra rest, quiet time, a walk in nature, or a little pampering … whatever helps you exhale and come back to yourself.

May this card be a gentle reminder that you are worthy of care. 🌿✨🌸
