“Tonight I frustrated someone while driving. They followed me to the gas station and had a few choice words for me. I was really unsure what I did wrong. I began ask if he was ok and what was wrong and if there was anything I can do to make him less angry. He stormed off and I wished him a good day. Typically this would not be my response, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve dedicated myself to “Seek to Understand”. There was something else wrong, nothing I did driving could make him this angry. 45 minutes later I came out to my truck in the school parking lot to this note. You never know what someone is going through. Seek to understand.”

"On Sunday a woman in New York City accidentally threw out her diamond wedding ring. She realized it in the middle of the night, and did the only thing she could think of, she left a NOTE on the windshield of a parked garbage truck. When the garbage man got to work, he read the note, dug through tons of garbage, and FOUND her ring.

The driver's name is Gary Gaddist, and he went through the garbage HIMSELF. It took him about an hour, but he was able to find the garbage bag with paint rags in it and when he ripped it open, he found Danielle's ring! Here's a great picture of the two of them!"

Way back in 2004 Mike and I decided to invest in ourselves and start the Little Black Dress LLC. We never could have imagined the numerous events and wonderful people we would come to know. As we have let everyone know, two years ago we sold the shop and moved our remaining inventory to our home. We have been selling clothes from our home but will only have our inventory until April 30. We will have no inventory after that date. Good news for our terrific customers,
Is that all items, pants, skirts, dresses, tops and jackets will be sold for either $10 or
$15 with no exceptions. If you are interested please contact us. Appointments will be made on a first come first served basis. Thank you all for all the friendships and memories. Yvonne and Mike

Hello everyone. A few weeks ago our daughter Jil met with some of the families of the Uvalde school shooting. Below is a link to donate if you would like to. No pressure at all but she is headed to Uvalde soon and would like to show the families the support she has gotten from their New England and New York friends.
