As we move through the trails, take time to notice the sunlight, the leaves, the water, and the sounds around you.

Let the land guide your steps, ground your energy, and remind you of the wisdom that exists beyond words.

This is a chance to be fully present, honor the sacredness of the space, and experience the ancestral connection that flows through every tree, rock, and stream.

Experiencing this isn’t easy. The pain. The feeling. The energy. The trauma. The memory. It’s a blessing that seems negative.

A shadow blessing or a shadow message from spirit.

We must show gratitude for it even when it’s difficult to digest and move through.
