🥞☕ A LITTLE PANCAKE HACK FROM THE WOMAN CURRENTLY MAKING ENOUGH MINI PANCAKES TO FEED A SMALL ARMY (my children)

Sitting here meal prepping a ridiculous amount of mini pancakes for my kids’ lunches next week.. 😂

But while I’m standing here making these, I figured I’d share one of my favorite little hacks:

👉🏻 When the recipe calls for milk, I use my favorite coffee creamer instead.

YES. Coffee creamer. In the pancakes. 😂☕

It gives them extra flavor and makes them just a little more fun.

Then I always add:

Cinnamon or nutmeg
Vanilla
Whatever creamer flavor I’m currently obsessed with

And then I make approximately 847 tiny pancakes, let them cool, freeze them, and pretend future-me has her life together. 😂

Now tell me…

What do YOU add to your pancakes to make them extra good?!

Because clearly I need more ideas before I make another 847. 🥞😂
